SHIPPING TIME
We ship upon receipt of payment. We will send you a confirmation that your order has been shipped and when you can anticipate receiving it. Shipping times vary, but most places within the U.S. receive their packages in a week or less.

AVAILABILITY

This is a collectibles market. Availability will vary. Most of the listings are in stock. Reprints are usually always available, as are most new and recent releases. Some titles come and go.

ORIGINALS/REPRINTS AND DOUBLESIDED/SINGLESIDED

Posters are original unless stated as reprints. ALL music posters are reprints. There is usually no difference between originals and reprints. Posters that are from 1980 or earlier, if original, will be folded. Reprints and originals after 1980 are rolled. NOT all originals are doublesided. Only a limited amount of doublesided posters are made. With a few exceptions, reprints are single sided. If you are concerned about what you are getting, your best bet is to buy from a reputable dealer who will not mispresent reprints as originals, such as posterville.com.

SECURE ORDERING

You can send your order information securely via our online order form. This free service is a secure method of sending your order. You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been shipped. There will be a message saying that the certificate doesn't match up with the posterville name. That is because it is a shared certificate. We are using the certificate provided by our web server. Just click continue and proceed.

EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE

You may correspond with Posterville via email. PLEASE NOTE: this is not a secure connection, so it is up to you whether you feel comfortable sending your credit card over the net. We recommend using our secure online order form if you are making an order.

RETURN POLICY

You may return any item sold by Posterville.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if your item was damaged or incorrect. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return item is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, incorrect item, or if the item was lost in the mail.

PRIVACY POLICY

Posterville does not share names and numbers with anyone else.
